Is JyoLing an approved vendor on my program's marketplace?
We're in the application process with Odyssey, ClassWallet, and state portals now — this page will show live status per marketplace, and we'll never say "approved" before it's true. Today, families buy by card at the identical public price; many programs reimburse eligible direct purchases (check yours).
What exactly does $349.99 buy?
One student, twelve months, every course we offer, unlimited AI teaching under a plain-language fair-use policy, and the weekly parent progress view. Optional token top-ups exist, but Unlimited is designed so you never need them.
What ages is it for?
Students 13–18. ESAs cover younger children too — JyoLing isn't for under-13s, so if your student is younger, we're not the right purchase yet. We'd rather tell you that now than after you've spent award money.
What records will I have for my program?
A weekly view of verified mastery — which concepts your student demonstrated, when, and at what level. Your program defines its own documentation requirements; our records are built to support them, not replace them.
My program reimburses instead of paying vendors directly. Any tips?
Buy after your learning plan is approved (some programs make pre-approval purchases ineligible regardless of the item), keep our dated invoice, and submit promptly — review clocks in some programs restart when a request goes on hold. If a reimbursement is denied anyway, our 14-day refund has you covered.
My program isn't listed — can I still use my award?
